Peace, privacy and the Montgó as a view
What makes La Cosyta special is its location. The villa is quietly located at the foot of the Montgó, the natural park that towers over Xàbia. No through traffic and no crowds, but space, greenery and a view that is different every hour of the day. In the morning the mountain lights up in the sun, and at the end of the day it turns warm in the evening light. There are terraces around the house on all sides, so there is always a place in the sun, or in the shade if you prefer.
The holiday home
La Cosyta was completely renovated in 2025 and decorated with a lot of love. The atmosphere is warmly Mediterranean: white walls, light floors, natural materials such as wood, rattan and jute, and soft lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening. Everything is on the ground floor, without stairs, so you can easily walk from inside to outside.
The living room, dining area and kitchen together form a bright, open space. On the comfortable sofa, you can watch a movie on the smart TV or read a book after a day on the road. At the large dining table you can enjoy an extensive breakfast or a long dinner together, and through the garden doors you can step straight to the terrace.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. You'll find an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer, and of course everything you need to cook for yourself. Get fresh vegetables, fruit and fish at the market in the morning and make it a delicious Spanish dinner in the evening.
There are air conditioning and heating throughout the house. In the summer it stays nice and cool inside, and in the winter months it is comfortably warm. This way you feel at home here in every season.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
La Cosyta has three bright bedrooms for a total of up to 6 people. The bedrooms are quietly and attractively decorated in the same natural style as the rest of the house, with comfortable beds, closet space and soft reading lamps. There are two modern bathrooms with a spacious walk-in shower. At the pool there is also an extra outdoor shower and a separate outdoor toilet, so you don't have to walk through the house after a swim.
Outdoor living
Real life in La Cosyta takes place outside. Around the house is more than 250 m² of terrace, with sun on all sides.
The private swimming pool is the heart of the garden. There are comfortable sunbeds and thatched umbrellas all around, so you can choose between sun and shade. A cooling dip after a walk on the Montgó or just lazing by the water all afternoon: it's all possible.
Under the canopy with built-in barbecue you eat with a view of the Montgó. Fire up the barbecue, pour a glass of local wine and enjoy the warm evenings.
The pergola with lights is the most beautiful spot in the garden in the evening. Here you can snuggle up after dinner, with the pool lit up next to you and the stars above you.
Spread over the terraces are various seating and dining areas: a breakfast table in the morning sun, a lounge area in the shade, a place for an afternoon nap.
You park your car on site, safely and close to the front door.

A day in La Cosyta
You have breakfast on the terrace in the first rays of sunshine, with the Montgó in front of you. Then you walk up the mountain for a while, or you drive to the harbor for a cup of coffee by the water. In the afternoon you look for a lounger by the pool, with a good book and the occasional refreshing dip. In the evening you light the barbecue, and after dinner you sit down together under the illuminated pergola. No alarm clock, no rush: just enjoy the peace and quiet.
The area
Xàbia is one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca, with a historic center, a cozy harbor, beautiful beaches and hidden coves. Because the Montgó blocks the cold wind, the winters here are mild and sunny, which makes it a popular place to spend the winter.
Historic center of Xàbia: about 5 minutes by car. Narrow streets, the weekly market, tapas bars and small shops.
El Arenal beach: approx. 10 minutes. Sandy beach with a pleasant boulevard full of restaurants and beach bars.
Port of Xàbia: approx. 10 minutes. Fish restaurants, the fish market and a nice walk along the sea.
Hiking on the Montgó: nearby. Several hiking trails with spectacular views over the coast and sea.
Cala Granadella: approx. 20 minutes. One of the most beautiful bays in Spain, ideal for snorkeling.
Dénia: approx. 15 minutes. Cozy port city with castle and many restaurants.
Moraira: approx. 20 minutes. Atmospheric coastal town with beautiful bays.
Alicante airport: approx. 1 hour. Valencia airport: approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes.
A car is useful for exploring the area. Supermarkets, restaurants and the beach are all within a few minutes' drive.

La Cosyta is managed by Casa Care Costa Blanca. We live in Xàbia ourselves and will welcome you personally upon arrival. We will show you the house, tell you how everything works and give you our favorite tips for restaurants, beaches and walks. During your stay, we are close by if you have a question or need anything. So you don't have to worry about anything.

The main booker is at least 28 years old and is present during the entire stay.
La Cosyta is designed for tranquility and therefore less suitable for families with young children, also because of the swimming pool.
Pets are welcome on request. Feel free to contact us.
Out of respect for the quiet neighborhood, parties and events are not allowed, and silence applies between 22:00 and 08:00.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Do not use glassware at the pool, so that everyone can walk barefoot safely.
According to Spanish law, we register all guests before arrival. You will receive a simple online link for this after your booking.
