The second bedroom also has a terrace with sea views. The apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. There is also Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with soundbar, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Moraira is originally an old fishing village and has managed to retain its charm unlike many other places on the Costas. It is called the "Saint-Tropez of Spain". This is not unjustified, Moraira is a fashionable but at the same time very attractive and cozy town. There are no high-rise buildings and no mass tourism, which makes it an ideal holiday destination!
The beaches of Moraira, Cumbre, Javea and Calpe are a short drive away. In about 5 to 10 minutes drive you can reach the beaches of Moraira and the Cumbre. Beautiful Javea is about a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Benissa Costa can also be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes where you will find a number of very lovely beaches (the Calas) with xiringuitos, or beach restaurants that are also very nice to go to.
Denia, Jalon, Jesus Pobre, Villajoyosa and Altea are also worth a visit, about 25 minutes' drive away. Benidorm with its beaches is 30 minutes away and offers several water, amusement and safari parks.
Alicante and Valencia, with their airports, are about an hour's drive away.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside and we ask you to respect the rest times. Groups of young people are not accepted.
