Villa Vista Montana

Our beautiful villa "Vista Montaña" has recently been completely renovated, both inside and outside the terraces and facades! Villa Vista Montaña is very centrally located, near Moraira and an excellent base from which you can make all kinds of fun excursions.


You can walk to the bottom floor via the private parking using the stairs. This consists of a spacious living room with patio doors to the terrace where there is also a cozy pergola where you can relax in the shade. There are several terraces around this and of course the sun terrace with private swimming pool. Here you can sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view.

Inside you will find a spacious and cozy living room with flat screen TV (and all Dutch channels) and an open kitchen. There is also a DVD player with many DVDs, also for the children. There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two further bedrooms sharing the other bathroom. All rooms, including the living room, have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is free internet / WiFi with fiber optic connection. There is a pallet stove available for the colder periods.

The villa is located within walking distance of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It has several terraces and a private swimming pool. There are two swimming pools nearby that you can also use, one of which has an excellent restaurant and (lounge) terrace. It is very quietly located and has a beautiful view of the Bernia, the Montgo and the Ifach mountains. Because the villa is located a little higher, there is almost always a nice breeze.

You can reach the private parking behind the sliding door on the street side. Next to the villa there are also options to park several cars.



Moraira is originally an old fishing village and has retained its charm unlike many other places on the Costa's. She is called the "Saint-Tropez of Spain". This is not unjustified, Moraira is a fashionable but at the same time very attractive and pleasant town. There are no high-rise buildings and no mass tourism, which makes it an ideal holiday destination!

It has a marina and the town and surrounding area are home to many excellent restaurants, cafes and quaint shops. There are some beaches such as l'Ampolla and el Portet and there are also beautiful sandy beaches in nearby places such as Javea, Calpe and Benissa. Along the coastal road towards Calpe there are a number of very lovely beaches with xiringuitos or beach restaurants that are also very nice to visit.

The beaches of Moraira, Cumbre del Sol, Javea, Calpe and Denia are all a short distance away. Within 6 minutes (by car) you can reach the beaches of Moraira and the Cumbre. Within 15 minutes you can be in beautiful Javea. The beaches on the Benissa Costa can also be reached in about 15 minutes. Denia, Jalon, Jesus Pobre, Villajoyosa and Altea are also worth a visit (about a 25-minute drive).

There are also many nice flea markets in the surrounding villages that are always fun to stroll through, the ones in Jalon (on Saturdays) and Jesus Pobre (on Sundays) are definitely recommended. Golf courses and tennis parks can be found in Denia, Javia, Moraira and Benissa, where you can also go horse riding. You can cycle, hike and walk in the mountains. There are also all kinds of water sports activities available in Moraira and the surrounding area. From Altea and Denia you can take a ferry boat to the various surrounding islands. Lake Guadelest with its castle is also recommended.

Benidorm is a 30 minute drive away with its beaches. There are several nice amusement parks and safari parks in the Benidorm area, great fun for the children. The beautiful cities of Valencia and Alicante are of course always worth a visit. (Both about an hour's drive.)

Finally, we would like to inform you that this area has more than 300 sunny days per year and the climate in this region is considered by the World Health Organization to be one of the healthiest in the world!


If you rent the house for up to 6 people, you have access to the ground floor with a private swimming pool and of course you have the entire house with its terraces to yourself. You can also rent the top floor for only 70% of the price for the 6-person home!
