Villa Boa Vida

In 2021 we purchased a detached villa in the beautiful mountain village of Monte Pego which is very centrally located between Alicante and Valencia. 

The villa, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite, has a beautiful view over the rice fields, orange fields and the sea in the background. In the annex is the beautiful fourth room (Nido de amor) fully equipped with shower, toilet... in cool Ibiza style and wake up with a beautiful vieuw !!

The house was completely tastefully renovated in Ibizan style using very durable materials. Villa Boa Vida, formerly known as Casa Alta, has four bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with toilet. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a toilet. The villa also has a driveway with carport, entrance hall, spacious living room, kitchen, separate toilet, storage room (with extra equipment such as more garden chairs, cots, high chairs, vacuum cleaner, etc.), outdoor garden, outdoor kitchen (with induction hobs and BBQ), and an outdoor shower. You can certainly enjoy the Spanish sun here with the terrace by the pool, the terrace downstairs and the terrace upstairs. All three are equipped with garden furniture. 

All crockery, cooking utensils, bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. 

Because we cannot always be present due to our work in Belgium, we want everyone to enjoy this beautiful villa - with the necessary respect.
