Casa Sampaquita

Casa 'Sampaquita' is a very sunny, detached holiday home in a quiet residential area in the beautiful village of Moraira, a pleasant seaside resort with many cozy terraces and restaurants, a marina, various beaches and caves. You can snorkel and dive here.
There is no mass tourism in Moraira, there are no high-rise hotels. Here you will find many low-rise buildings and villas in the area.

The house is built on one level, without stairs.
At the rear of the house you will find a large south-facing sun terrace, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The sun terrace is located around the swimming pool (4 x 8 m with built-in stone stairs). The terraces have a high degree of privacy and offer fantastic views of the valley.

Of course there is also thought of a place in the shade. For this you can visit the large covered
terrace directly at the pool. It is also a great place to stay in the evening. With a good glass and cozy company you can admire the most spectacular sunsets here and enjoy the Spanish way of life until the wee hours.

The villa has a living room, kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The cosy, bright living/dining room has a fireplace and satellite TV with many Dutch and international TV and radio channels. Of course you have unlimited use of WiFi in the house and on the entire terrace. The window to the side offers a view of the well-kept garden. The window at the rear gives a view of the covered terrace and the swimming pool with sun terrace.

From the living room you enter through the patio doors directly onto the covered terrace by the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge with freezer. From the kitchen there is an exit to the garden at the front of the villa.

The master bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a large built-in wardrobe, seat and a dressing table with mirrors.
From the bedroom you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool with sun terrace and the entire valley. Through the patio doors you can go out on the terrace in the morning and take a refreshing dip in the pool. A good start to the day!

Right next to the master bedroom you will find a spacious bathroom en-suite. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bath and hydromassage shower.

Also located on the pool side is a second bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom has the same breathtaking view. The bedroom is also equipped with a built-in wardrobe, seat and large full-length mirror. We have a large standing fan ready for you to cool down. This room also offers direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool through the patio doors.

Another bedroom is located at the front of the house.
This bedroom has a view of the front garden and here you will find two single beds. The room is
equipped with a built-in wardrobe, seat and large full-length mirror. Here too, a large standing fan is available for cooling.

You will also find an extra bathroom in the house. This bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The terrace is fully equipped with a cozy wooden table with plenty of chairs.
For enthusiasts there is a 3-person porch swing and of course there are sunbeds available.

The terrace has a beautiful view of the valley. You have sun here all day and at the end of the day
you can experience the most impressive sunsets here.

On the fully fenced property is a private parking space with carport that you can reach from the street via
an electric sliding gate. You can operate this gate from the car with a remote control.

The terrace, garden and swimming pool are sunny, south-facing and offer a lot of privacy. er
There is enough space in the shade on the covered terrace and in the front garden. There is also a portable barbecue.

The house has a fully fenced, very well-kept Mediterranean garden for sole use.

The house is located on a plot of 1000 m2 in the quiet residential area "Alcassar".
The distance to the center of Moraira is only 3.5 km and the distance to the beach of El Portet is 2.3 km.

Near our house is the start of a beautiful marked walk to a nearby cala
(beach), which you cannot reach by car. A special trip and a must to do!
