Villa with a view

'Villa with a view' is part of Villa La Vista. 'Villa with a view' is a new, luxuriously furnished and completely independent house (80M2) on the ground floor. It has complete privacy." Villa with a view' is adults only. For families with quiet children of 10 years or older, we may make an exception.

Inside and outside the house everything is on the same level and there are no thresholds. The entrance as well as the corridors and doors are extra wide. It is located in a quiet, residential area on the outskirts of Javea, a few meters above street level so there are nice views over the valley.

The sea is 5 kilometres away. There are many nice restaurants and bars on the beach, also in the old village and at the harbor. If you want to eat in a Michelin-starred restaurant, you only have to cover 500 meters. There is also plenty to do sportingly: (mountain) hiking, diving, sailing, paddling, swimming at one of the many idyllic beaches and much more. There are 2 golf courses nearby.

With a spacious living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet/bathroom and 1 laundry/storage room, the villa offers a nice and comfortable holiday home for 1 to 4 people. It has a private terrace (45M2) and private outdoor pool. There is a wide view of the valley of Jávea with the iconic Montgo mountain in the background. And at the end of the day, the setting sun treats you to a beautiful spectacle.

The living room (4.5 by 4.5 meters) has a modern, spacious sofa with chaise longue, an armchair, a coffee table and a sideboard with TV. The TV is connected to IP-TV and WIFI. On the side of the kitchen is a spacious, robust dining room table with 4 chairs.

The open kitchen has all the comforts of home, such as a dishwasher, hob, combi oven/microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle. And special for Spain, purified drinking water comes out of every tap. In a separate room there is a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack, ironing board and cleaning supplies. This is also where the suitcases can be stored.

There are 2 bedrooms of 3.5 by 3.5 meters, each with 2 single box spring beds (90x200CM) with built-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers. There is a spacious bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower with seat. There is a separate, spacious toilet that can also be used as a second bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating. The air conditioning and heating can be adjusted per room. WIFI is available throughout  the villa and on the terrace. Each room is equipped with USB charging points.

The illuminated saltwater pool is 2 by 5 meters and has a cover that automatically rolls up under the floor. The bath is only for the tenants.

Upon arrival and departure, you can enter the site by car to unload and load your luggage. Parking is on the street where there is always plenty of space.
