Beautiful and modern three-bedroom apartment - for six people, in the new Essential project.

The property:

Apartment El Sueño, the name says it all! Entering through the main entrance, we find an open kitchen with everything necessary and more for holiday use, a very cozy living/dining room with direct access to the terrace overlooking the communal pool, garden furniture including table and chairs for six people plus two armchairs with cushions. It has three bedrooms, the first bedroom with two single beds and also direct access to a terrace with a sofa and mountain views, the second bedroom with two single beds, a fitted wardrobe plus access to the same terrace and the third with two single beds together, a large dressing room and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a further separate bathroom with shower, hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms and a separate built-in wardrobe to store clothes, jackets or whatever the guest may need.

The property has been completely designed for holiday use and is very comfortable with all the necessary accessories to arrive and enjoy the well-deserved holiday. Parking space, electric blinds on all windows, furnished with style and quality items.

The Urbanization:

Essential: A very family friendly urbanization with a large, gated communal pool with key access for the exclusive use of guests. The community has a children's area for the little ones (slide, etc.) and another sports area with two machines.

The situation:

El Sueño is located on Avenida Trenc D'alba. You can easily walk to several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl...) which are 200 meters away, but if you wish... a few more meters away there are other supermarkets. Within walking distance you have the old town which is a 'must' and Puerto beach about 1.5 km away, Arenal beach (sand) is 3 km away. You will find all Mar Bay recommendations in our guides.

Deposit: € 300/stay



Property rules:

- No groups of young people under 26 years old

- Parties or events are not allowed

- No smoking

- Pets are not allowed

- It is mandatory to contact us for registration to send some kind of document (DNI, passport, ID)

- For 6 guests

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

- Check-out: until 11:00 AM

If you need items for the little ones, such as a travel cot or a high chair, we can arrange this for a small additional charge, always on request.
