Villa Vistamar is a villa built in the typical Moorish style in a unique location, which we discovered 20 years ago during a spontaneous visit to Javea. Since then we have become devoted to the house and this special place and we like to let others enjoy it. The view of the sea, the large exotic garden, the private swimming pool with lots of privacy, the various seating areas and sun corners give us a feeling of peace and contemplation. Enjoy with us.

The villa is beautiful to rent during your holiday. The typical Moorish architectural style and furnishings create a carefree Spanish atmosphere. The holiday home is suitable for 6 people. Expansion to 8 people is possible.

The villa is in a particularly quiet location and is the penultimate house on a cul-de-sac. Due to the geological location, there is less space for houses on our peninsula, with a sloping coast on both sides. This means that the plots are larger and that the houses are less close together than in areas surrounding us.

Due to the location of the house, which faces south, we actually have the sun all year round. So also at a low sun position. This is not the case with all houses and therefore makes our house particularly suitable for wintering. It is also nice to look at the pool, garden and sea from the house with the sun in your face. The name of the house actually indicates it. Vistamar means 'Sea View')

The small romantic Javea Javea is situated right on the beach of the Costa Blanca. The Roman name for Javea = Xabia (both pronounced as gabbia). The town of Javea is in 1981 by the World Health declared the healthiest place in the world. Partly because the town is located at the tip of the most outstanding coast of Spain. The eastern airflow ensures the supply of thousands of kilometers clean Mediterranean sea air. The natural position on the Mediterranean sea and the mountains that surround the village guarantee unforgettable views on each side. The population of this part of Spain has a cheerful and sociable character and provides her living by what the sea and the land have to offer her. The region is known for its artistic handicrafts and many traditional festivals, but also the quality gourmet restaurants and beautiful golf courses make it to the residents and visitors of this area very attractive. Finally, the relatively small distance of less than 100 km to beautiful cities like Alicante and Valencia with their international airports, one aspect that makes Javea interesting. A walk through Javea with its 15th-century monuments, white chalk mansions with cast iron fences and structures as San Bartolemé church gives a glimpse into the history of this Spanish town. Of the 23,000 inhabitants there are 8,000 from abroad. This group resides most of the year here in their stunning country and enjoy the wonderful climate and beautiful nature. The contrast shores with their fine sandy beaches and their bays with crystal clear water offer a fantastic opportunity to scuba diving, while the spectacular mountains of Cape Antonio reach to Cape La Nao offer their visitors beautiful views where even the island of Ibiza seen on clear days to become.

In the southern part of the Valencian Community is the province of Alicante. The 160 km long coastline that stretches from Denia in the north to Pilar de la Horadada in the south is called the Costa Blanca (the White Coast). The villa stands Vistamar in Javea and that is about 15 km below Denia. The Costa Blanca is without doubt one of the main tourist destinations in Europe and through the landscape, the infrastructure, the truly magnificent cities and the friendliness of the people of the province of Alicante has almost all year activities for the tourists.
