Welcome to Villa Violette, our holiday home in Balcón al Mar, Jávea. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms and space for ten guests, there is room to celebrate holidays together and to retreat from time to time.
Start the day with coffee on the terrace, take a dip in the pool and sit down together at the outdoor table in the evening. Discover the bays of Portitxol and Granadella, walk to the viewpoints around Cabo de la Nao or have dinner on the promenade of El Arenal.
The space
The house has several places to relax inside and out. In the living room there is a television with (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) TV and Netflix. In addition, there is a room with an exercise bike and a walking trainer, a sofa bed, a sleeping chair and a television with Amazon Firestick, Netflix and SkyShowtime.
The air conditioning can cool and heat. Each unit has its own remote control. Wifi is available in the house, supported by two amplifiers.
Outside you will find:
• A private swimming pool with seasonal heating
• A removable pool fence with a lockable gate
• Sunbeds and umbrellas
• A covered naya with lounge seating
• An extendable dining table for ten people
• A gas barbecue
• Orange trees from which you can pick the ripe fruits
The swimming pool and children
Around the pool is a gate with a gate that can be locked. This helps families to limit access to the water.
The fence is an extra precaution and does not replace supervision. Parents or other responsible adults must always accompany children in and around the pool. Keep the gate closed and locked when the pool is not in use. The cover is not a safety cover.
Pool heating
From March to November, the pool heating is turned on on arrival, except in July and August. In those months, the water is usually hot enough without heating. Depending on the weather and the initial temperature, it can take about a day for the water to heat up.
We ask guests to cover the pool every evening to retain the heat. The heating runs together with the filter pump, as much as possible during the day to use our solar panels. The pool man Martin comes to clean once a week and twice a week in the summer months. There are also robots for the pool, which you can easily use yourself.
Heating from December to February is possible in consultation. A surcharge may apply for this due to energy consumption.
Kitchen and amenities
The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and wine climate cabinet. The refrigerator has a refillable water filter. For a day at the beach, a cooler bag and cooling elements are available.
You can also use the washing machine, dryer, treadmill, exercise bike and bluetooth speaker. A linen package is available per person.
On arrival there is a starting stock including coffee cups, washing-up liquid, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Guests replenish these during the stay themselves if they run out. You can use leftover wine, food and products such as salt and pepper, as long as they are still good.
Guest access
You will have access to the house, the terraces, the garden, the private pool and the fitness equipment. The garage is private and is not part of the rental.
During your stay
Bon Casa takes care of check-in and check-out and is the first point of contact for questions or assistance. We are also available if necessary.

The area
Balcón al Mar is a residential area near Cabo de la Nao and Mirador de la Falzia. There is a supermarket in the neighborhood for daily shopping (also open on Sundays until 15:00). Towards Jávea and the Arenal you will find more shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
A car is recommended to explore the beaches, the village and the surrounding area.
