CASA DABUTI HOLIDAY HOUSE IN BENITACHELL
Casa Dabuti is located in the quiet and authentic Spanish village of Benitachell between the seaside resorts of Moraira and Jávea. What a great view from the large terrace with cozy veranda where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening. A nice holiday home where everyone has plenty of space to fully enjoy a wonderful time on the always sunny Costa Blanca. This beautiful detached holiday home with private swimming pool is built against a mountain and is slightly higher than all the other houses. This way you have a panoramic view over the green valley, on the left (partial) sea view and on the right in the distance the Montgó (elephant mountain) at Jávea.

LAYOUT CASA DABUTI
Downstairs apartment
Casa Dabuti consists of 2 complete floors. You enter through the hall at the ground floor apartment, from here is also the entrance to the upstairs apartment. Here is the first spacious living room (air conditioning) with sitting area, satellite television with Dutch channels, high dining area and semi-open kitchen with a Senseo coffee maker. Bedroom 1: electrically adjustable double bed. Bedroom 2: two electrically adjustable single beds. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition, there is an ironing board and iron. From the living room you come through the patio doors on the huge terrace with that particularly beautiful view.

Upstairs apartment
From the hall at the entrance (indoor) or from the outdoor terrace on the ground floor you can take the stairs to the top floor. Here you will find a large living room (air conditioning) with sitting area, satellite television with Dutch channels, fireplace and separate large kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. The (third) bedroom (air conditioning) has a large electrically adjustable double bed. The (second) bathroom has a shower and toilet. In the living room there is a dining area suitable for 4 people, the table can be enlarged and with the addition of 2 chairs you can dine with 6 people with a beautiful view. From here is access to the balcony / terrace with a nice garden set. This way you also come down the stairs to the terrace with barbecue that also leads you to the swimming pool. In 2022, the outdoor kitchen will be painted white and a lounge set will be added for even more comfort.

OUTSIDE OF CASA DABUTI IN BENITACHELL
Arriving through the entrance gate, you arrive at the closed parking lot with space for 3 cars. We cannot stop talking about the amount of space and the incredibly nice view of the greenery. Precisely because Casa Dabuti is located on a corner and flanked by a mountain, you have 100% privacy and enjoy optimal tranquility. You walk past the house on the large terrace to your lovely private swimming pool (decreasing from 70 cm to 2 m +/-), which also has a nice outdoor kitchen with lounge set. Behind the outdoor kitchen is a separate toilet and outdoor shower. There is plenty of space around the pool to relax on your lounger and the children can play to the full. The small extra garden behind the outdoor kitchen is also a nice place to have a bite to eat or read a book in the shade of the imposing palm tree. On your terrace you will find a dining area, barbecue and various comfortable seats.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Particularities
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with earlier/next
bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
- Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Deposit
A deposit of € 250 applies to Casa Dabuti. You pay this with the remaining payment and you will receive it back within a week after check-out if you leave the holiday home correctly.

In addition to the separately settled costs to be paid locally:

- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)
- Pet € 35 per stay (optional)
