The entire villa is furnished with an eye for detail, which is reflected in the choice of materials such as the steel frames, robust wooden furniture, as well as the high-quality finish and luxurious facilities. The three bedrooms have a real hotel vibe.

Villa Jolla is surrounded by a beautiful garden with orange, fig, almond trees and several spacious terraces for outdoor living. Take a moment for yourself in the hammock, sit with loved ones and friends at the dining table on the barbecue terrace, enjoy the pool, and chill with a drink in the naya or in the pergola. Villa Jolla has all the ingredients for a relaxing and luxurious holiday in the sun! In Villa Jolla you will stay in an exclusive location. Within a few minutes you can reach shops and the beach with nice beach bars. There are also 3 golf courses a short distance from the villa. The villa is on one level (a single threshold). The swimming pool can be reached via a small staircase.

Explanation of prices

Explanation of rental prices (incl. and excl.):

The rental price includes: first set of bed linen, towels (2 pieces per person), kitchen linen, use of gas (also from outside BBQ), electricity, water and WiFi.

Optional:
  • extra set of bed linen € 12 (per person)
  • extra set of towels €6 (2 pieces per person)
  • large bath towels for the pool €8 per person
  • child/baby bed with bed linen and high chair €25 per child.
Cancellation:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

- If you cancel within 30 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.

- If you cancel up to 30 days before the day of arrival, 30% of the rental price is due.

- Did the tenant book 14 days or less ago and the arrival is not within 30 days? Then the tenant does not pay any cancellation costs.

- If the tenant has not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental amount will be due. We will of course try to contact the tenant in advance to first clarify the situation and to rule out calamities.

- The landlord has the right to cancel the agreement up to 30 days before the day of arrival without giving any reason. In the event of cancellation by the landlord, any monies paid will be refunded and the tenant is not liable for damages.

- If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Villa Jolla is located in a quiet residential area of the seaside resort of Jávea, a few minutes away from the main beach El Arenal and more quiet bays with azure blue water, such as La Granadella and Portitxol.

The beaches – as it is said – are some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. Not only can you enjoy sunbathing here, but various activities are also possible here, such as snorkeling and even stand-up paddle. And if you get hungry, you can eat delicious tapas with a sea view in the various restaurants and trendy beach bars such as Cala Clemence.

Particularly recommended restaurants are:

The 9 hole golf course of Javea is located within a 5 minute drive. In addition, the 27-hole golf course La Sella and the 9-hole golf course Ifach are located within 20 minutes by car. A golf enthusiast can indulge himself in this area.

Javea and its surroundings can also be explored excellently with a road bike. There are more than 20 racing bike routes with challenging climbs. There are several good rental companies for racing bikes if you don't (want to) bring your own racing bike. On the Montgó (753m) you can make beautiful walks and hikes.
