Our beautiful villa, with private pool, is located near the nice city of Dénia with its beautiful, wide beaches. The typical Spanish village of Pego is 5 kilometers away, with several restaurants, squares and large supermarkets.
The villa is fully furnished; including television with Dutch channels and Chromecast, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, central heating and a cozy wood stove.

The villa is surrounded by a subtropical garden with many terraces. This way it is always possible to find a place in the (winter) sun or in the shade.
You have a wide view over the nature park "De la Marjal", which is known for its beautiful hiking opportunities and the presence of (endangered) birds. In the distance you can see the coast of the Costa Blanca. The nearby hinterland is mountainous, with small nice Spanish villages and green valleys.
It is an hour's drive to the bustling cities of Valencia and Alicante (where the airports are also located). Recommended for a day trip!
From the living room there is access to the veranda with cozy outdoor kitchen, equipped with a barbecue.
The indoor kitchen is fully equipped, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker, juicer, combi microwave and dishwasher.
Depending on the season, you can pick oranges, grapefruits or other fruit straight from the garden.
Our tap water comes from a source and is additionally purified by our own water purification plant, so that the taste and quality are excellent.
It is possible to rent the villa for up to six people. The three bedrooms all have their own air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. (the extra 3rd bedroom is located in the separate guest house)
During the summer school holidays we only rent Casa Miguel including guest accommodation.
The use of bed linen, towels and beach towels is included in the rent.
Due to the mild climate of the Costa Blanca, Casa Miguel is also ideal for spending the winter.
