With an area of 160 m2 and a garden of 1,600 m2, Villa Jolla offers you all the peace, comfort and privacy for the perfect holiday with your partner, family and/or friends. The villa is also suitable for a workation with the fully equipped workplace and super fast fiber optic and WiFi internet.
The entire villa is furnished with an eye for detail, this is reflected in the choice of materials such as the steel frames, robust wooden furniture, as well as the high-quality finishes and the luxurious facilities (such as hotel-quality bed linen and use of Rituals products in the bathrooms and kitchen). For example, the three bedrooms have a real hotel vibe. Each (bed) room has its own air conditioning that can be adjusted separately.
The swimming pool is heated (at least 28 degrees all year round) and equipped with luxury sunbeds and umbrellas.
Villa Jolla is surrounded by a beautiful garden with orange, fig, almond trees and several spacious terraces for outdoor living. Take a moment for yourself in the hammock, sit with loved ones and friends at the dining table on the barbecue terrace, enjoy the (heated) pool, and chill with a drink in the naya or in the pergola. Within a few minutes you can reach shops and the beach with nice beach bars. There are also 3 golf courses within a short distance of the villa. The villa is on one level (a single threshold). The (heated) swimming pool can be reached via a small staircase.
