Villa FRANK is a stylish and attractive villa in Balcón al Mar, Jávea, ideal for guests who love peace, space and comfort.
The house has two floors, a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and several nice lounge areas in a large garden of 1200 m². Moreover, you can enjoy beautiful views here, including the sea.
The current photos are taken by the owner himself and are only for a preliminary impression. These images are not yet professional and made in January '26. Since the house will only be rented out from June 2026, the official photo shoot by a professional photographer has yet to take place. A fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped.
Instead of a television, there is a beamer on which you can easily stream.

A third, completely private king-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a nice table that is also ideal as a workplace.
This bedroom offers phenomenal views, including sea views, making this perhaps the most beautiful place in the whole house.
Outdoor space
A private swimming pool with several lounge areas all around: both in the sun and in the shade.
A nice outdoor kitchen under the canopy, ideal for long summer evenings.
The fruit trees create an idyllic and Mediterranean atmosphere.
The property is fully fenced and has an automatic gate with parking under a shelter on site.
