The Villa Mil Sueños
Escape to your own private paradise in beautiful Jávea! Mil Sueños is a tastefully decorated villa on a spacious plot of 1600 m2, accessible via an electric gate. It has private parking and carport. The main house consists of a spacious entrance hall, 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room and open kitchen. Right next to the house is a beautiful large guest house. The guest house consists of two spacious bedrooms, bathroom and briefly equipped kitchen. Ideal for families with children, for guests or grandparents! All living areas are on one level and give access to the terrace.
Location
The villa is located in the El Tosalet district, one of the most beautiful residential areas of Javea, just a few minutes by car from beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and fun activities for the whole family.
The Swimming Pool
Through the covered naya you can walk straight to the lovely private swimming pool of 10m x 5m. It has a depth that varies from 1.25m to 1.65m, ideal for a game of volleyball, for example. The generous, pleasant south-facing garden, with various seating and dining areas, gives a view over the valley. In addition to privacy, this also offers beautiful views. A wonderful place to enjoy your holiday!
The Bedrooms
Each bedroom is fully equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. You will enjoy this night's sleep on luxurious 2-person hotel beds that you will only find in the best hotels.
The Kitchen
Adjacent to the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen that is fully equipped. All equipment is from an A-brand. Cooking is done on induction and of course the dishwasher is not missing. In the huge American fridge, all your drinks and food stay cool and you have ice cubes at your disposal in no time. You can make a delicious cup of coffee with the Nespresso machine with milk frother. In short, it is fully equipped!
The Living Room
In the living room you will find a spacious dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace. The house has a smart television and well-functioning Wi-Fi. Almost all Dutch channels are available. Of course, there are also all kinds of games in the closet so that you never have to be bored!
The Terrace/Naya
Mil Sueños has several places to relax. On the covered terrace, directly at the house (the Naya), you will find a spacious dining table with lovely chairs. Comfortable sunbeds are set up along the pool. You can also relax on the spacious, covered lounge sofa. For more active relaxation, challenge each other to a game of table tennis. Finally, on the huge terrace of 170 m2 you will also find a nice large Grandhall gas barbecue.
