You enter the apartment in the open kitchen with bright living room, both give access to the large outdoor terrace (20m2). The terrace/balcony has a beautiful unobstructed view with green hills in the distance.
The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, shutters with remote control and air conditioning. From the bedrooms you have a beautiful view of the communal garden and a sea view.
The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped (stove, fridge, freezer, oven/grill, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster) and is separated from the living room with a nice breakfast bar.
COMMUNITY POOL
The communal swimming pool is closed and accessible through lockable gates. There is a shallow part, separated by stepping stones from the deeper part. There are plenty of outdoor showers and a grassy area has been laid out for sunbathing and where some palm trees can provide some shade.
