This beautiful finca in Jávea is located in the quiet area of La Perla, just 1400 meters from the wide Arenal beach. With restaurants and a supermarket around the corner, you have all conveniences close by. Here you can enjoy the Spanish sun, a private pool, the Mediterranean Sea, delicious food and pure relaxation.

The holiday villa is suitable for 10 people and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms – ideal for families or a group of friends. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a cozy living room. From the living room you step into the loggia with a cozy seating area and in the distance you can even see the sea. Through the living room you reach bedroom 1 with private bathroom.

The authentic patio gives access to bedroom 2, 3 and 4, with bedroom 4 having its own bathroom. In the patio there is also a small bathroom, two toilets and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom 5, also with bathroom, is located on the side of the house.

At the front is an attractive naya with a large dining table and sitting area. To the side of the house is a naya with a large table, barbecue and Kamado. In the large garden you will find the swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters with sun loungers, various seating areas, a dining table behind the house and a cozy lounge area.

Environment

Jávea is a lively coastal town with a long boulevard full of restaurants, terraces and shops. The Arenal beach is perfect for a day of sun and sea. Further on you will find the old part of Jávea with a pleasant promenade and harbor. A little inland is the old center (Xàbia Pueblo), with authentic streets, nice boutiques and atmospheric restaurants.

The area has splendid car routes along bays and viewpoints, and plenty of hiking opportunities both on the coast and inland. The impressive Montgó is ideal for beautiful walks, and around Jávea there are several charming villages that are definitely worth a visit.
