Beautiful apartment located close to the old town, the harbor and the beach. The small-scale apartment complex has a large saltwater swimming pool and 2 outdoor jacuzzis, a heated indoor pool for the winter, a gym, beautiful garden, superfast fiber optic internet, air conditioning, underfloor heating, spacious balcony, bath, washing machine, etc. Located on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator. Ample parking in quiet neighborhood overlooking the Montgo mountain. The old city center, the harbor and the beach with all their culture, beautiful terraces and restaurants are a 5 to 10 minute walk away. So the benefits and not the burdens. There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Chromecast to watch your own streaming service. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, coffee machine (L'or), kettle, etc. Towels (also for swimming pool), bed linen, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel are provided. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are both about 100 km away.

Hi, Alex here. Javea is truly a special place with many faces. No high-rise buildings, no crowds, no mobility scooters, but plenty of (star) restaurants, beautiful historic center, nice harbor with fresh fish, beach bars and many cultural festivals. The apartment is in a perfect location because you can walk to the city center and the beach in 5 to 10 minutes. Nice and quiet and no parking hassle. Because we use the apartment for a small part of the year, we like to share it.
