We are in the period Dec.-Jan. We spent a month in the apartment of Alex and we enjoyed it! It is a lovely luxury apartment with a great balcony with a beautiful view of the Montgo. The apartment is centrally located near the Harbor, the Arenal/Playa and the old city center with nice terraces and restaurants.
We will definitely come back here

We had a few very nice days in the house of Alex. It was as described: with many luxurious comforts, with a spacious balcony with great views to the southwest. We could sit in the sun in the afternoon. In the summer, the balcony will be especially cool because the sun is higher and you will be in the shade. In short: highly recommended!
