Three spacious bedrooms, and three  bathrooms, (one bedroom is with an en-suite bathroom). The bedrooms are situated in the basement with two patios, wonderfully cool and quiet. There is also a separate  laundry room with a washing machine and drying rack.

From the private terrace of 42m2, which is equipped with a luxurious lounge set, 2 recliners, parasol and garden furniture, you have  a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea.  As a tenant you can use the lovely communal swimming pool, sunbeds, and outdoor showers. The apartment is within walking distance (only 500 meters) of the kilometers long fine sandy beach and the dunes. The beach and the center are easily accessible on foot, by bicycle and by car. 

The property is located in a  private residence  with 24/7 CCTV, set on a hillside on the outskirts of Guardamar del Segura. Public parking is available (free of charge) at the residence. Guardamar is a charming traditional coastal village with many nice shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beautiful sandy beaches, a beautiful promenade and a kilometre-long beach and dune area. It is ideal for a wonderful holiday if you do not like mass tourism but do like the traditional Spanish life, the wonderful climate, the cosiness and sun all year round. Alicante airport is 30 minutes away by car.
