Case Vida Libre is a recently completely renovated detached villa, on one of the hills of Javea, in El Rafalet; a quiet neighborhood with an adjacent forest, a 10-minute drive from the beach/boulevard and the old medieval city center with beautiful terraces, restaurants (book on time in high season), an indoor food market and boutiques.

Javea is located in the Costa Blanca North, the microclimate in this part of the Costa Blanca is known for its long summers, often with wonderful breezes, mild and often sunny winters, declared by WHO as the healthiest climate in the world. You will enjoy the breathtaking natural surroundings with a coastline characterized by many bays, a turquoise sea with beautiful sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. 

And then come home to Casa Vida Libre.

Layout

The garden is located on the southwest; The sun shines here all day long!

A lovely swimming pool with outdoor shower.

Lounge sofa, 4 sunbeds and parasol.  

A dining table and a new Broil King gas bbq.

For sports activities at the house, there is a new Cornilleau table tennis table and a dart board.

The carport offers ample parking space with its own universal charging station for electric cars. 

GROUND FLOOR

Downstairs studio;   1x double bed 180x200 cm with separate bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), a sitting area with TV and Playstation. This studio is located next to the entrance on the ground floor and is rented out as a whole together with the house.

In the lower hall there is a separate guest toilet.

FIRST FLOOR

The living/living area is located on the first floor of the house as well as the 2 other bedrooms with bathrooms.

Living; At the front of the house are the kitchen, a dining area and cozy lounge area with TV and Nintendo Switch and Sonos speaker in 1 open space. From every place in the house you can enjoy a great view over the green hills, this is the Costa Blanca! 

Kitchen; The kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances; a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven and microwave. There is plenty of storage space. 

Bedrooms & bathrooms

1 bedroom with 1x double Nilson bed 180x200 cm with ensuite bathroom (toilet, shower, bath and 2 sinks). French doors to the backyard.

1 bedroom with a 1x double bed 180x200 cm with a private bathroom (toilet, shower and sink). This bedroom also has patio doors to the backyard.

The 3rd bedroom is located on the ground floor (see described above)

Facilities

In a separate room outside next to the house is a washing machine and dryer.

All living areas and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The hot water is supplied from an electrically energy-efficient A+ boiler.

Fast WiFi (fiber optic) is available.

Universal charging station for electric cars. 

Other facilities and services;

Table tennis table (Cornilleau) with bats and balls. 

Dartboard with arrows

Nintendo Switch with games.

Playstation with 2 controllers and games.

The beds are made on arrival. The linen package includes the kitchen linen and bath towels (2 pp) and a pool towel (1 pp).

You must bring your own beach towels.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

RESERVATION

Upon your booking request or acceptance of a written offer, the rental agreement is final and binding. The main booker must be present and min. 30 years old. You hereby agree to the general terms and conditions and cancellation policy;

PAYMENT

50% of the total amount due to be paid immediately after reservation. Otherwise, we may cancel the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. When booking with arrival within 8 weeks, the full amount must be paid immediately.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must always be confirmed by the tenant to the landlord by e-mail.

Cancellation costs;

-up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge

- from 90 days to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

- from 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

DEPOSIT

The deposit minus electricity costs 0.25 Euro pKw,  will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure if no damage has occurred.

HOUSE RULES

We value our belongings and expect our guests to treat our belongings with care.

If damage occurs, please report it immediately to the manager by telephone so that he can repair or replace it, immediately or before the arrival of next guests.  

Be economical with energy. On departure all appliances and lights off. 

Use of (swimming) beach towels only at the house, not to take to the beach.

Prevent blockages; Do not throw anything in toilets except toilet paper and no grease or food scraps down the drain. 

Pets not allowed.

Casa Vida Libre is a smoke-free property.

No open fire or charcoal bbq may be used due to fire hazard; The house borders the forest and it is a dry area. There is a new Broil King gas bbq.

It is forbidden by law to allow other persons to use the rental location than those who are the tenants. In Spain, hosts must register all guests with the Civil Guard before the start. You will receive a link from us via email.

The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected, parties are not allowed.
