The villa has air conditioning, central heating, fireplace, underfloor heating, heated swimming pool and a completely newly equipped kitchen. This makes the house a wonderfully pleasant place to stay, all year round.

In the garden you will find several terraces to fully enjoy the outdoors. Experience a fantastic time with family or friends at the large dining table or on the lounge terrace. Relax on one of the sunbeds in the garden and enjoy the Spanish sun. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool and end the day with a drink on the terrace.

The house is a stone's throw from charming villages, beautiful sandy beaches and trendy beach bars. When you book your holiday in Jávea you will quickly realize why Jávea is nicknamed 'Pearl of the Costa Blanca'.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
