Villa Tres Leones is a spacious villa with a large private swimming pool in the family resort of Jávea, located in a quiet area on the Montgo. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful green garden with large terrace and heated swimming pool (11m x 5m) and offers various corners where you can enjoy. There is not only a bathroom outside by the pool, but also a fantastic outdoor kitchen by the pool where you can barbecue and dine. You can also relax in the shade on the large covered terrace at the house. The garden is completely fenced and offers privacy everywhere. There is also covered parking to park the car. Upon entering the villa has a spacious dining room followed by a large living room with television. The kitchen overlooks the Montgo and is fully equipped. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioning. The nearest supermarket ¨Ermita¨ is 1 kilometer away. Several restaurants can be found within 3km. Jávea is known for its fifteen beautiful “miradores” (viewpoints). The old center of Jávea is 5 km away. Playa Arenal with its fantastic wide sandy beach, boulevard and many bars, restaurants and entertainment venues can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The house also has toys for children for the pool and the beach. There are also the necessary beach equipment such as: parasol, windshield, beach blanket and cooler bag.
