Holiday home Casa Swart is a detached and fully furnished, comfortable and cozy Spanish villa, suitable for up to 4-6 people. The house is quiet and private, on a cul-de-sac. The house is located on a mountain, surrounded by forest. You look out on the valley of Javea with orange plantations, the old village and the Montgo mountain. From the roof terrace there is sea view. Do you like peace, comfort and sun? Then Casa Swart is the place to be. Do you also like conviviality, restaurants, terraces and the beach? You can get there in 5 minutes by car or bicycle.
Always a place in sun or shade
Around the house is a large garden. There are several places with seats or sun loungers. So you can always sit in the sun or in the shade. An afternoon drink in the lounge? Or reading in the hammock? That is possible at Casa Swart. In addition, there is a private swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters (not heated) and an outdoor shower (hot and cold). In the early and late season you can enjoy the jacuzzi. Especially in the evening under a starry sky, it's enjoyable! The roof terrace is a great place to have breakfast or start the day with a cup of coffee. At the large dining table in the naya (veranda), which is attached to the house, you can dine for a long time and look out over the valley.
The house
The house has a spacious dining room, living room and comfortable kitchen. In addition, the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs and there is also a television with foreign and Dutch channels. The dining room has a large dining table with comfortable chairs and there is also a fireplace. That makes it extra cozy. In the kitchen you will find a large refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, a ceramic hob and various kitchen appliances such as a Nespresso machine and an orange juicer. Of course there is also plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. The living room, dining room and kitchen have central heating. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180x200) and one bedroom has a smaller bed (140x200). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot). The beds are already made on arrival! Towels and beach towels are provided. The bathrooms have a toilet, vanity unit and shower. Both bathrooms have central heating. Of course there is wifi in the house and on the terrace. In the garage there is a washing machine, dryer and table tennis table.
5 minutes to the beach on El Arenal
Renting a car is actually necessary. You can park your car on site under the carport. With 3. minutes by car or 25 minutes walk you are in the old village of Javea (narrow streets, market and tapas). In 5 minutes by car you are on the Arenal (boulevard, beach and restaurants). The port of Javea is about 10 minutes by car. You can take short or longer walks from home. For an active holiday there are numerous sporting opportunities in the area, including cycling (road bike/mountain bike), but also water sports and horse riding. From the airport in Alicante or Valencia you can drive to the house in about 70 minutes.
Environment
In the area you will find several nice villages or small towns. Moraira, Calpe, Denia and Altea are super cozy. But be sure to take a day trip to Alicante and not to forget Valencia.
