Casa Petirrojo is a lovely traditional Spanish detached family home with a beautiful spacious swimming pool and fantastic views over the campo and the Montgo. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and is spread over two floors with a nice kitchen and cozy living room. The house and the spacious garden offer a lot of privacy. There are multiple shaded terraces and beautiful palm trees on the property.
Casa Petirrojo has five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One room can be used as a large family room (with two extra beds). It is a great family home for a large family or several families. From the house you can walk through the orange grove to the old town of Javea in half an hour. The beautiful sandy beach of Platja de l'Arenal is also a 30-minute walk away.

We do not accept groups of young people (<30 years old).

Welcome! We are Paul and Meike. In June 2022 we became the proud owner of Casa Petirrojo. We fell in love with this beautiful Spanish house with views over the orange groves and the Montgo. The house is in a quiet place with a nice large garden and lots of privacy. A lovely place to relax and yet close to the old village of Javea and Platja de l'Arenal. We hope you will have a nice time here!

In the area you will find the most beautiful beaches and bays. The old center of Javea can be visited within half an hour's walking distance. Every Thursday there is a nice market here. There are beautiful walks in the area. Valencia is worth a visit. You drive here in an hour.
