Our beautiful villa is located in the quiet area, La Guardia Park, Costa Nova in Xàbia. The villa is on one level and has three double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the second bathroom is available for the other two bedrooms.
Inside you will find two attractively furnished living areas, one with a lounge corner sofa with TV and wifi, and an area where you can relax with a good book by the fireplace.
There is a covered naya where you can dine with a beautiful view of the garden and the beautiful private pool and offer some extra living space. The naya is attached to a fully equipped kitchen and is equipped with every comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, and a large fridge freezer).
The beautiful garden with palm trees and beautiful plants is fully fenced and closed with an electric gate which offers the necessary privacy. There are several seating areas where you can enjoy the Spanish sun at the pool 10m x 5m, on a lounger, under a parasol, cool off under the outdoor shower or under the canopy and enjoy a BBQ together.
The property benefits from air conditioning and underfloor heating.
In the neighborhood within walking distance you will find several restaurants, bars and a tennis/pickle court.
Also by car there are nice villages, towns, beaches, beach clubs and supermarkets to visit within a short distance.
