The bungalow is 100m2, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are bathrooms en suite.
2 Bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom has a bunk bed.

The bungalow has integrated air conditioning throughout the house. It is located in an ideal location in Jávea: a 2-minute walk from the supermarket, about 2 minutes from the beach of Cala Blanca and 3 minutes from the wonderful El Arenal. It is located in a compound of 4 bungalows with a shared swimming pool that is rarely used by the other bungalows (the other bungalows are not rented for holidays). The pool has a sea view, a lovely seating area under a veranda and sunbeds.

In the enclosed private garden is a nice outdoor kitchen with gas bbq, dining table and a cozy lounge set.

We are Marc, Kim, Mila and Levi, proud owners of this delicious casa!
In 2022 we came on holiday in Jávea and fell in love! August 2023 we packed everything up and made the big leap to live here.
We really like to let others enjoy everything this area has to offer and that is why we have this beautiful casa for rent.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent
