Casa Los Amigos

The area around Jávea is simply amazing, but you already know that. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Casa Los Amigos is the perfect place to stay for one or two families to explore that beautiful area. Two friends – hence the name – have just completely renovated Casa Los Amigos. The villa has two floors with the dining area on the top floor, a living room and a truly phenomenal view: you can see all the way to Ibiza. Would you like to drink a fresh coffee while enjoying the rising sun? One press on the Nespresso machine is enough. Furthermore, the brand new kitchen is fully equipped. There are also two bedrooms on the second floor, both with air conditioning and ceiling fans. One bedroom has a spacious double box spring (180 x 200 cm) waiting for you, the other has two separate box springs (90 x 200 cm). Place them together and voilà: a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and double sink, the toilet is separate. You can take the freshly brewed coffee to the terrace, where you can take a seat in the wonderfully spacious lounge area. Downstairs you will find bedrooms three and four, both with a bathroom en suite: shower, sink and toilet. Just like on the top floor, there is a bedroom with a spacious double box spring, and one with two separate box springs (same dimensions). Both spacious bedrooms open onto a covered terrace with a pleasant lounge sofa. In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise and the shade during the day.
Do you like to work on your fitness during the holidays? You can do that in the spacious gym with various dumbbells, kettlebells, a punching bag and other equipment. Of course the gym has air conditioning, just like all bedrooms and the dining room. After the strenuous workout, it's time for a refreshing dive. A real dive is better left out, but there is a swimming pool: a spacious 10 x 5 m and about 1.60 cm deep, so that you can stand anywhere. There is also a nice sofa to relax. Cooled down? Then you can take a seat right next to the swimming pool in the lounge corner under a spacious naya (roof). Who knows, maybe your housemates have already set the dining table! There is a complete outdoor kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, another Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. While your housemates prepare the food, prepare the cocktails. You can do that at the bar by the pool, with a luxurious ice cube machine. The meat is already cooking in the large built-in Kamado BBQ next to the bar. Between the bar and the naya is an outdoor shower and there is also a ping pong table. The cocktails are ready and you take a seat at the outdoor bar and enjoy the beautiful view. Your eye falls on the hammock between two of the fourteen large palm trees on the property. That will be a battle with the housemates who can go in there after dinner!
