Looking for a nice holiday villa on the Costa Blanca where you can really relax? Welcome to Casa Limor, our detached villa in the green and quiet Rafalet in Jávea (Xàbia).

When we first saw the house, we immediately fell for the combination of peace, privacy and the beautiful unobstructed view over the green surroundings and the mountains. You are away from the hustle and bustle here, while the beaches, bays, restaurants and cosiness of Jávea are a short drive away.

What we love about Casa Limor is the real Mediterranean outdoor life. Have breakfast on the terrace in the morning, enjoy the sun during the day, a quiet spot in the garden, a refreshing dip in the private pool and enjoy the last sun with a glass of wine in the evening. The bright veranda with a view is one of our favorite places. There are several terraces, an outdoor area to eat together and a barbecue. A wonderful place to wake up quietly, read a book or have a long dinner.

The name Casa Limor was also deliberately chosen. The name has a personal meaning for us, but at the same time contains a small nod to the Spanish words and atmosphere of limón and amor: sun, warmth, love and enjoying together.

We rent out Casa Limor ourselves and find personal contact important. Prior to your stay we have direct contact and also during your holiday we make sure that you know who to turn to if you have any questions.

We are Milet and Rob.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Casa Limor, our own place under the Spanish sun in Jávea.

We immediately fell for the peace, privacy and the beautiful view over the green surroundings and mountains. Here we enjoy the Mediterranean outdoors, the swimming pool and long evenings on the terrace. The name Limor has a personal meaning for us, with a nod to limón and amor. We hope that our guests enjoy this as much as we do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental rates are based on a stay of 2 people. For stays with more than 2 and a maximum of 6 people, additional rental costs will be charged.

For stays longer than 1 week, a discount on the rental price is possible.

Listed prices do not include any tourist tax, including water, including electricity up to 10 kWh per day on average. Additional electricity consumption € 0.45 per kWh which will be deducted from the deposit afterwards. 

The service costs concern check-in/check-out, bed and bath linen and final cleaning based on 2 persons € 250,-. Multiple and/or more luxurious packages of bed/bath linen will be deducted from the deposit afterwards.

Deposit: € 500 to be paid.

Deposit will be refunded after 14 days at the latest, after deduction of any costs incurred, including any additional consumption of electricity and extra/more luxurious package of bed/bath linen.

Payment Terms: 

30% of the rent and the deposit together to be paid by the tenant within three working days after booking, signing the rental agreement and no later than six weeks before arrival date. 

Remaining 70% by tenant to be paid no later than six weeks before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: 

In case of cancellation by the tenant up to six weeks before the arrival date, 30% of the total rent will be charged to the tenant. 

In case of cancellation by tenant up to 4 weeks before arrival date, 50% of the total rent will be charged to tenant. 

In case of cancellation by tenant up to 1 week before arrival date, 90% of the total rent will be charged to tenant.

In case of cancellation by tenant after 1 week before arrival, 100% of the total rent will be charged to tenant.

In case of cancellation by the landlord, the total rent will be returned to the tenant.

Check in is after 17.00 hours. Check out is before 10:00 am. Both in consultation with the key manager.

Pets in consultation at an additional cost of €75,-.

Smoking is not allowed in this apartment!
