Casa La Barca is a new, modern and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment within walking distance of the popular sandy beach of Arenal. 

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a nice small complex with 9 apartments and with a large shared swimming pool.
The front door can be reached via the elevator or the stairs. The apartment has a very spacious private parking space in the parking garage. From there you can take your luggage (or groceries) directly to the floor of the apartment by elevator. Layout: Spacious living room with open kitchen with built-in appliances, bedroom (double bed) and bathroom. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious south-facing balcony with beautiful views. 
Via the stairs you go to the 2nd floor: bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom and bedroom (2 single beds).
The bedroom at the front has a very spacious south-facing balcony where there is complete privacy! The entire apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and underfloor heating, making it attractive for summer and winter. On both floors there is a spacious balcony with beautiful unobstructed views of the Montgo.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, Nutribullet, dishwasher, etc.

In the living room there is a television on which you can also watch Dutch TV.

On request there is also a baby cot and high chair available.

Welcome to Casa La Barca. Together with my daughters I have been coming to Javea for years and since last year I own this beautiful apartment. With something for everyone in Javea, this is the perfect place for a wonderful family holiday. And not unimportantly, according to the World Health Organization, Javea has one of the healthiest climates in the world.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you want to book for a longer period, please contact us personally. We can then discuss the possibilities.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, the tenant will still owe the down payment. The tenant owes the full amount if the cancellation takes place within 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

In Javea you can enjoy the wonderful sandy Arenal beach, but also several stone beaches. Most of these beaches are equipped with sunbeds that you can rent for a small amount.
In the old town is the covered market hall. You can do delicious shopping here, drink a cup of coffee in the morning or have a nice drink and eat at the end of the afternoon. It's full of Spaniards here.
You can take the most beautiful walks in both Javea and Moraira. The view is always fantastic and even for the less experienced runner, the distances are doable. Tip: start early in the morning so that it doesn't get too hot and take enough water with you.
