So do you want to get away and enjoy all the beauty under the Spanish sun? Then we are sure that you will have a great time in our cozy Spanish house with XL swimming pool (11x5m). We stay there ourselves several times a year and that is reflected in the attention and passion for the design of our house; so it is not just a holiday home.
The accommodation has a total area of 1100m2, of which 230m2 is housing.
In the spring of 2023, the complete swimming pool, terrace and garden will be attractively renovated according to the latest trends and the naya (veranda) will also be expanded. Despite the fact that the house has also been tastefully modernized on the inside, you can still see sufficient preservation of the charming Spanish influences.
The house is fully and comfortably furnished, and all windows have shutters and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, airfryer and complete crockery and glassware.
A spacious Naya (veranda) has been built off the living room, where you can enjoy the beautiful illuminated garden and the illuminated swimming pool until late in the evening.
The garden has 100% privacy all around and is fully south-oriented, so plenty of sun all day long, but in the spacious garden with palm trees, beautiful bougainvillea, citrus trees and banana plants, there are plenty of places to find shade, including a gazebo with 6 lounge chairs.

- 2 bedrooms with double beds, ceiling fans (much better than air conditioning!) and fitted wardrobes.
- 1 double room with ensuite bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Ceiling fans (much nicer than air conditioning! ) and fitted wardrobes.

Location of Javéa: Javéa is a very beautiful old town located directly on the Mediterranean Sea between the major cities of Valencia and Alicante. Various providers fly to these cities, where you can rent a car at the airport. From both airports you can reach Javéa in an hour.
Places of interest within 5 to 10 minutes:
- wide and elongated sandy beach Playa Del Arenal with children's play equipment, volleyball courts, showers, etc.
- the cozy boulevard with trendy restaurants, terraces, shops, cafes, various dance halls and discos.
- Javea has 5 restaurants with a Michelin star.
- water sports, such as: jet skiing, water skiing, snorkeling, diving, (paddle) surfing, parasailing, fishing, motor boat rental (also without a license), kayaking.
- several romantic coves, such as: La Granadella, Ambolo Beach, La Baracca, Portixol Beach, Cala Blanca.
