🌴 A place where you immediately feel at home
Get away from it all, the sun on your face and don't have to do anything... Welcome to Casa Falzia! Our attractive Spanish house is located in a quiet urbanization in Jávea and has a beautiful, completely private garden with a spacious XL swimming pool of no less than 11 x 5 meters.
We come to our house several times a year. You can tell by everything: Casa Falzia is not a standard holiday home, but a place that has been decorated with love, attention and passion. A house that we like to be ourselves and that we would like you to enjoy.
The accommodation has no less than 1,100 m² of private grounds, of which approximately 230 m² is living space.
In recent years we have continued to embellish Casa Falzia.
In the spring of 2023, the swimming pool, terrace and garden will be completely renovated and attractively landscaped. Our lovely Naya (veranda) has also been expanded.
At the beginning of 2024, we completely renovated the entrance, front garden and carport.
And in the spring of 2026 we also renovated the inside: a new indoor kitchen has been installed and the two bathrooms have been completely renovated in a Mediterranean atmosphere and equipped with every luxury.
Although Casa Falzia is modern and comfortable, we have deliberately retained much of the charming Spanish atmosphere and characteristic influences.

The house is fully equipped. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan, so you can choose what you like.
All windows have shutters and mosquito nets.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things:
* Nespresso coffee machine
* dishwasher

* induction hob
* fridge/freezer combination
* Airfryer
* toaster
* kettle
* complete crockery, cutlery and glassware
🛜 And of course there is perfect WiFi, both inside and on the terrace.

The spacious garden is fully south-facing, so you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long, with 100% privacy.
Between the palm trees, beautiful bougainvillea, citrus trees and banana plants, you will find plenty of wonderful places to relax.

Take a seat under the atmospheric gazebo with no less than six comfortable lounge chairs. Book with it, add a drink... Vacation! 🍹

The generous private swimming pool of 11 x 5 meters is a real eye-catcher.
The pool has sloping steps, making it easy to access.
Around the pool is a lovely terrace with luxurious sun loungers and a spacious tree trunk / dining room table.
The covered outdoor kitchen with spacious bar and BBQ, is fully equipped, such as dishwasher and refrigerator. Perfect for long Spanish evenings with a good glass of wine, a nice meal and of course... lots of fun. 🥂

Through the living room you step straight onto the spacious Naya. A wonderful place to have breakfast, a drink or enjoy the attractively lit garden and swimming pool for a long time in the evening.
The completely renovated kitchen is open to the living room and has a beautiful view over the pool and garden.

🌍Location of Javéa: Javéa is a very beautiful old town located directly on the Mediterranean Sea between the major cities of Valencia and Alicante. Several providers fly to these cities, where you can rent a car at the airport. From both airports you can reach Javéa in an hour.
Places of interest within 5 to 10 min.:
- wide and elongated sandy beach Playa Del Arenal with playground equipment for the children, volleyball courts, showers, etc.
