We would like to welcome you to our beautiful house Casa El Paraiso.
The house and garden is on one level, complete privacy and is located in the quiet area of La Lluca on a 2400 m2 flat plot near the golf course. La Lluca is a beautiful urbanization with only private villas.
Casa El Paraiso is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. When you come through the electric gate, you can park your car or cars on the property. The carport has space for 2 cars, so your car is out of the sun.
As you enter the house, you will be greeted by a magnificent Buddha statue in the hall. The marble floor, crystal lamps and paintings immediately provide a warm feeling of welcome.
Through the Tosca-stone arches you enter the very spacious living room with a very comfortable lounge sofa and a Tosca-stone fireplace (wood burned). From the living room you enter the dining room with a 280 cm long dining table, 6 dining chairs and a large beautiful hanging lamp. From the dining room you have direct access to the Naya (covered terrace) and kitchen.
In the Naya you will spend most of your time eating. Here is a 320 cm long dining table with 6 lounge chairs. Also great to drink a nice glass of wine in the evening. The Naya also has direct access to the kitchen.
This modern large kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as microwave, convection oven, electric hob, large fridge, freezer, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine etc.
From the Naya you can walk directly into the garden and have views of the valley and the Montgo mountain. The garden is also all on one level, fully enclosed by fencing and gives you all the privacy you desire. On the northeast side of the house there are trees (no neighbors). On the northwest side of the house there is a large empty plot (no neighbors). On the Southwest side of the house is the entrance and the access road (only neighbors on the other side of the road). On the southeast side of the house you have as the only neighbors. However, due to the layout of the trees, you also have complete privacy in the house and garden from this side. In the garden is a large lawn where the children can play. A table tennis table is also available.
The swimming pool (fresh water) of 8 x 4 meters with Roman steps is in the sun all day and is surrounded by a very large terrace with 6 comfortable wicker sun beds and thick pillows. 2 Large parasols (3x3 meters) provide shade. At the pool is an outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, large barbecue and outdoor table with 6 chairs.
The house has 3 bedrooms (AC) all with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has an air con, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan with remote control and a king size (210 x 180) box spring bed and garden views. The bathroom has a large bathroom cabinet, toilet and walk-in shower. The spacious bedroom is also equipped with an air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan with remote control and a king-size (200 x 180 cm) box spring bed. Here too a view of the garden. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower, bathroom furniture, bidet and toilet. The 3rd a large four-poster bed (210 x 180 cm), air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan with remote control. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. Hair dryer 2x are available.
When you rent our house in the autumn, winter or early spring, the underfloor heating ensures a pleasant living temperature.
You can use the air conditioning by purchasing a prepaid card for € 20.00 upon arrival at the villa (costs of air conditioning are of course dependent on the setting, temperature and duration, but are approximately € 0.30 per hour per unit). Use of the fans is free of charge. The winter rates include (floor) heating.
Our house is also suitable for disabled people.
