Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note: The prices do not include a mandatory cleaning fee of €200 and a deposit of €1000,-.

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 25%
Cancellations from 120 days to 60 days before the start of the race: 50% of the price
If cancelled from 60 days to 30 days before the start: 75% of the price
If cancelled from 30 days before the start of the event: 100% of the price
