The villa, renovated in 2023 in the attractive and warm NOMAD style, has a swimming pool, with terrace and a putting green / jeux de boules court. The two floors have beautiful terraces with idyllic sea views over the ocean. The miradores and beautiful beaches of Cabo de la Nao are within walking distance.

A tennis and padel court, shopping centre and the sandy beach of Javea are reachable within 7 minutes by car. The villa has 2 parking spaces.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation is possible up to 90 days before the start of the rental period.
In case of cancellation from 90 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

A deposit of 500 euros must also be paid.

Long-term rental is also possible in consultation with the owner.

The prices include a flat rate for the use of electricity, gas and water of 5 euros per day.

Cleaning and linen costs are included.
