In one of the most beautiful areas of Javea, Balcon al Mar, lies this beautiful casa, hidden between the pine trees and within walking distance of the beautiful viewpoints of Cap Negre and Cabo de la Nau. This well-kept accommodation is located about 10 minutes by car from Playa Granadella and  Playa Arenal, offers free private parking, wifi, a private swimming pool, outdoor shower and a large terrace with sunbeds in an enclosed garden.

The villa has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. There is a separate guest toilet with washbasin. Towels and bed linen are provided at the villa.

1 bedroom with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with fan, shutter and built-in closet with washing machine and dryer.

When I first came to Javea in 2019, I was struck by the magic of Cap Negre. I have traveled all over the world and visited many beautiful places, but this place in Europe, so close and so special.
I am still happy and grateful that I found Casa Bobal in 2021 and was able to transform it into a contemporary villa while retaining the Spanish atmosphere.

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If it is only announced on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
