Our apartment El Paraiso is located in the beautiful cozy town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca in Spain. In 2022, we renovated and furnished our apartment with a lot of love, attention and an eye for detail into a place that feels like coming home, where our guests can enjoy themselves in and around the apartment, just like us. The beach and the center of Moraira with many nice restaurants, shops, supermarkets, the Friday market and the harbor are a 5-minute drive from the apartment. Supermarket is within walking distance at 500m.
The complex
The apartment complex is located in a beautiful tropical garden with 2 communal swimming pools with a children's section. The apartment has 4 sunbeds and a parasol. Where you can find a nice spot in the sun or somewhere in the shade near the pool, somewhere in the garden under the palm trees, on the balcony or on the beach. The apartment is suitable for 4 guests. The apartment has living room/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a spacious balcony. The apartment is on the first floor and has a spacious balcony with awning. On the balcony you can enjoy the view of the beautiful palm tree, garden and park. From the hanging chair or the table with chairs where you can eat outside, have a drink, read or relax. On the balcony you have a lot of privacy. There is ample parking next to the apartment complex.
Living room
The living room is fully equipped. Cozy sitting area with large sofa and ottoman, coffee table, TV cabinet with flat screen smart TV with all Dutch and foreign channels Netflix, Videoland, Viaplay and free WIFI internet fiber optic. In the living room/kitchen there is AIRCO cold/warm, ceiling fan and electric fireplace. fireplace. Dining table with 4 chairs that can also be placed outside on the balcony near the outdoor table, which can be extended into a larger dining table. In the living room you enter through the French doors onto the spacious, cozy balcony with a beautiful view. All rooms have windows with an unobstructed view.
kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and Nespresso, milk frother, Senseo, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, grill, electric citrus juicer, ironing board, iron, laundry rack with pegs and much more. .
Bedrooms
The apartment is suitable for 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms with wonderful beds! Where you can relax! The shutters in the bedrooms make it wonderfully dark and when you open them you have a beautiful view of the palm tree. What is also very nice is that the windows of the bedrooms also have mosquito nets. In the apartment we have 1 bedroom with king-size box spring with topper of 180x200, side table with mirror and in the 2nd bedroom 2 single box springs with toppers and in both bedrooms bedside tables with night lights with USB charging point and spacious cupboards with many clothes hangers. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The ceiling throughout the apartment is insulated and well ventilated, so it remains nice and cool in the summer and nice and warm in the autumn/winter.
Bathroom
The luxurious bathroom has a lovely spacious walk-in shower with rain and hand shower, large sink with large drawers with plenty of storage space in the cupboard, towels and hairdryer, large round mirror and a toilet. El Paraiso is a place for young and old to enjoy, relax and have a holiday! Moraira is 60 minutes from Alicante (airport) and 115 minutes from Valencia (airport)
Pleasant places near Moraira to visit for a day are Xabia, Altea, Denia, Calpe, Benidorm and Villajoyosa. Pets and smoking are NOT allowed in our apartment.
