Lovely cozy house in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views over the Montgo mountain and the valley. Lots of privacy. The house is efficiently furnished with a spacious kitchen, a nice dining area and a cozy living room. The 2 bathrooms have retro tiles and are well maintained. Both have a bath with shower. Bedroom 1 (air conditioning) with a double bed, bedroom 2 (air conditioning) with 2 single beds that can be put together. A third room (fan) is located at the front of the house with a single bed. The kitchen has a large refrigerator including freezer, a dishwasher, gas stove with oven and a Nespresso coffee maker. The outside utility room has a washing machine and dryer. To make you comfortable during the winter period, the house has air conditioning that also heats and a wood stove has been installed. The well-maintained garden has a spacious swimming pool with a cozy pergola with dining area. The driveway can accommodate several cars. The house is 5 minutes from the village and 10 minutes from the beach (car) and for fresh rolls there is a supermarket 1 minute away.
