This delightful three bedroom second floor apartment in Jávea (Spain's Costa Blanca) is just 400 meters from the Playa del Arenal (Platja de l'Arenal) with restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

This spacious house (100m2) is accessible via a staircase in a quiet apartment complex with mainly permanent residence. It is not rented to young people under the age of 25.

The apartment consists of an air-conditioned open plan living and dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen. All beds are made upon arrival. Each guest also receives a set of bath towels.

The apartment has a 2nd bathroom which is accessible from the hallway. Here you will find a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. If desired, we have a fold-out baby cot and high chair available.

A beautiful balcony wraps around two sides (East and South) of the apartment with sliding glass door access. The balcony is equipped with sun blinds, seating furniture and a table.

We are Pim and Ellen, we have three children around the age of 18 and live in North Holland.

For years we have been very happy to visit various countries in Europe. In recent years we have discovered Jávea (Xàbia), it feels like coming home to us and that is why we have decided to buy a great apartment, to furnish it nicely and also to rent it out.
