Completely renovated villa, in one of the most beautiful locations of Jávea, at the foot of the Montgo, overlooking the valley. The house is split into two floors, making it ideal for large families or families going on holiday together. Each floor has its own closed entrance, but can also be reached from the inside through a (possibly closed) door.

The swimming pool has a relaxation platform and integrated mood lighting that can be set in several colours. Outdoor shower for cooling off by the pool.

Lots of privacy and a large enclosed area of almost 1800m2. Large terrace on the first floor with lounge area and large dining table. Luxurious fans hang above both places, making it a wonderful place to stay even in the warm summer months. Indoor and outdoor television for those who want to watch TV on holiday.

All sleeping and living areas are air-conditioned.

We are Paul & Astrid, and live with our children all year round in Jávea. In 2021 we renovated and restyled the entire house. Because we will be staying in the Netherlands all summer this year, we want to rent out our beautiful house. You can enjoy a lot of privacy, ample parking on site. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. Ideal for two families.

PAYMENTS

After acceptance of the booking, you must immediately transfer 30% of the travel sum, excluding the deposit, to our bank account. The remaining amount must be credited to our bank account 30 days before arrival. We use as a cancellation guideline that prepaid amounts are NOT refundable. You will receive an invoice for transferring the payments.

DEPOSIT

The deposit must be paid before arrival. The deposit is not included in the down payment scheme.

LIABILITY

During the stay, the tenant is liable for the house, the interior and exterior and everything that belongs to Casa América. In the unlikely event that you cause damage, you must report this to the landlords and compensate the damage. Casa América and its owners are not liable for loss, theft and/or (injury) damage caused to or by tenants of Casa América.
