Mediterranean-style holiday home. With spacious private pool and sunny garden of 1200m2 with beautiful views of the Montgo. The nice swimming pool of 4x6 meters is surrounded by terrace/garden and next to the pool you will find an outdoor shower. Next to the house is the BBQ with covered terrace with a dining table for the necessary shade.

The house is conveniently located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the sought-after area of El Tosalet. The location is very central yet quiet. There are many nice restaurants, bays and shops in the area. The old town of Javea is only a 10-minute drive away and the sandy beach with azure blue sea can also be reached within 8 minutes by car. There are also many nice villages in the area that are also worth visiting.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed and there is one bedroom with two single beds. There is more than enough closet space in all bedrooms.
The wooden Spanish kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The multiple (ceiling) fans provide cooling in the house. Air conditioning is not available.

We are a family with 3 young children and were looking for a nice place for ourselves to spend holidays. We fell in love with this typical Spanish house and have been the proud owners since this year.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wants to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the owner by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the owner by telephone). The owner will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written notice by the tenant:

in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 60th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 29th and 14th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
in case of cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs the landlord on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he remains liable for the full rental price.
