Welcome to Art Villa Xàbia, a unique artistic boutique villa where art, nature, design and Mediterranean life come together. This special villa was designed with a lot of love and creativity by artist and creative entrepreneur Eva Anna, and reflects her passion for art, color, travel, vintage finds and the outdoors.
Located in a quiet urbanization on the edge of a protected natural park, Art Villa Xàbia offers a unique combination of tranquility, privacy and inspiration. The villa belongs to the so-called Panorama Houses, known for their exceptional location and spectacular views. From various terraces you look out over the impressive nature reserve and see the glistening Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
Art Villa Xàbia consists of two completely different living environments, each with its own atmosphere, color palette and character.
Casa Verda
The upper house, Casa Verda, is inspired by the surrounding nature park. Different shades of green form the basis of an eclectic interior in which authentic Spanish furniture, artwork, design pieces and vintage finds come together. The conservatory, balcony and roof terrace offer breathtaking views of nature and the sea. A place that exudes tranquility and invites you to slow down, read, create and enjoy.
Casa Hibiscus
The downstairs apartment, Casa Hibiscus, has a warm and artistic appearance with soft pink tones, colorful works of art, special design objects and inspiring art books. The creative atmosphere makes this a wonderful place to relax, get new ideas or simply enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Outdoor living
Around the villa there are several terraces, a private swimming pool, a patio, a balcony and a spacious roof terrace. Comfortable lounge areas and Bali beds invite you to relax in the sun or shade. The colorful Mediterranean garden is in bloom for much of the year and forms a beautiful frame for the villa.
From the fenced garden you walk directly into the nature park, where countless hiking trails, spectacular viewpoints and unspoilt nature await you. For lovers of sports and adventure, the area offers plenty of possibilities, including hiking, cycling, mountain biking, yoga, padel, golf, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing and diving.
Discover Jávea and the Costa Blanca
Just minutes away are the most beautiful beaches and coves of Jávea, from hidden natural coves with crystal clear turquoise waters to the lively sandy beach of El Arenal. The atmospheric old town of Jávea, local markets, tapas bars and excellent restaurants are also within easy reach.
Thanks to its central location, charming places such as Dénia, Moraira, Altea, Calpe and the beautiful Jalón Valley are also easy to visit.
