Apartment La Rotonda is a luxurious, quietly located apartment complex in Albir, Alfas del Pi on the Costa Blanca.
It offers excellent opportunities to spend the winter and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people.
But also in other seasons it is a great place to spend your holiday here.
The house is romantically furnished with Mediterranean accents and is equipped with all technical comforts such as Dutch TV and fiber optic with Wifi.
The large terrace at the rear overlooks the secluded communal garden with palm trees and swimming pool.
Downstairs in the building is a closed parking garage with private parking for your car and a lift to the top.

In the immediate vicinity are trendy restaurants, shops and supermarkets (including Lidl) and the beach with a luxurious boulevard, which you can walk all the way down to beautiful Altea, is about 500 meters away.

We are Marcel & Anita. In addition to our Family Villa 8-10 p in Altea, we have also owned the La Rotonda apartment in trendy Albir since September 2021. We are in a quiet spot next to the golf course and 5 minutes walk from the beach. We love fun and good food. Restaurants and shops can be found within a few minutes' walk. You can walk to beautiful Altea via the chic boulevard. Also nearby: Calpe, Benidorm, Villajoyosa. Ideal place for holidays and winter visitors!

Price includes water and WiFi but excludes electricity at € 0.40 per Kwh. This amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period 40% of the rental amount
Cancellation between the 90th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental amount
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental amount.
We advise you to take out short-term cancellation insurance.

The use of wet wipes in the toilets is not permitted. Serious blockage may occur and the costs of recovery will unfortunately be recovered from you.

Our latest discoveries (November 2021): • Olla Beach Bar, recently opened at the bottom of the beach of L'Olla, run by Flemish people, great for lunch and a drink. • Quinoa in Altea from Spanish ladies, delicious lunch and shopping in one. • Shabby & Chic in Altea, Old Town, we had a really lovely dinner here. • Castello, Old Town, we ate pizza at midnight! • Restaurante il Giardino Nova Bussola, Altea la Vella, phenomenal Italian!! • Meliton, Altea la Vella, delicious food in the garden, traditionally made dishes, delicious! Cities/villages: We have further explored Moraira, in less than half an hour you are in this beautiful city where you can shop and eat. Villajoyosa: Is a former fishing village, houses painted in all kinds of colors, right on the beach, well worth a visit! In the village there is a small local market, where you can buy food and have it prepared in the cafe in front of the door. The Italian next door is also top notch. Old town Calpe: A visit is highly recommended, stroll through the small Spanish streets, if you like Spanish .. the shopping street of Calpe is also recommended if you want to shop. Alicante: Visit the castle, great history and great views! Guadalest: Visit the ruins and the beautiful azure blue reservoir and the nice shops during the route to the ruins. Also a beautiful car route to Guadalest! Benissa: Casa del Maco, Partida Pou Roig 15 03720 Benissa – Lleus (discovered June 2019). This restaurant is a true experience. A Flemish restaurant with a cuisine at star level (they don't want a star). Of course slightly more expensive than another restaurant but this was so tasty. We found the price/quality ratio to be excellent. € 50,- for a don't know how many courses and snacks, dinner and a wine arrangement for € 25,-. Highly recommended! Restaurante il Giardino Nova Bussola: Still worth a story. If you want to sit with your group in a chic but accessible restaurant, this is the place to be! Top cuisine, top service and top ambiance. Never before had such a delicious Italian meal in such a beautiful romantic ambiance. What we also did is take the boat from Denia to Ibiza, in 3 hours you are on this amazing island. The fast supersonic ferry is an experience in itself. Altea beach: In Altea you will find one after the other restaurant and bar on the boulevard (on the beach). - Zero Zero, between Altea and Albir, has a Dutch owner, and you can eat and drink here and sit comfortably. - L'Opera, Altea is a lunchroom of a Dutch owner and you can have a good breakfast and lunch here, it is always busy here. - Columbus, Altea, breakfast, lunch or dinner here is an experience for young and old! We always fondue here and it's so much fun! - Buena Vista (also a Dutch owner) Benidorm: You love it or you hate it. A true amusement park. We always eat in the most famous tapas street of Benidorm and always at La Cava Aragonesa. Great tapas and the price is fine. And in Benidorm you will of course find all kinds of bars and nightlife. Brazilian restaurant La Galera is run by a Brazilian family and if you like meat, this is a place not to be missed. Address: La Galera Baja 7, Altea. Would you like to eat with Dutch people or watch football? Dutch Glory on the boulevard in Altea. You will also find Dutch and Belgian places in Benidorm. Do you just want to eat some nice fries? A Belgian snack bar is located in Albir. Shops: Nice shops are also Batik (Pont de Montcau) and Casa Mediterranea (c/Philharmonica) for gifts and decoration. A little further is Salmaia, a beautiful gallery with design stuff. There are also nice clothing shops in the street around the town hall of Altea and on the boulevard of Altea. Tapas: Ca Jaume, boulevard, past Tourist Office El Paladar, design tapas, at the beginning of the boulevard. Coffee and lunch: L'Espill, second part of the boulevard Eating on the boulevard: El Bodegon de Pepe, Spanish Hostal San Miguel, Spanish, near the Tourist Office Don't forget the Old Town! If you drive up in Altea, you will find all the nice restaurants in cozy shopping streets. It is wonderful to stay here with a magnificent view over Altea and Albir. Eating upstairs around the Plaza (Old Town Altea) Stromboli Oustau de Altea, with a star!! Crown of India, Indian food, perfect service, try to sit on the roof terrace, so romantic. Bistro Shabby Chic El Perro Negro Plant Shack, for breakfast and lunch, tasty Acai bowls Buena Vista (also a Dutch owner) For drinks or after dinner: Bar La Plaza At the beginning of the Camí del Po Other cool places: Denia, Moreira, Valencia (great for cycling and exploring the city, approx. an hour's drive)

Surroundings The Costa Blanca is located in the east of Spain, about 2000 kilometers from Amsterdam, or approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes by plane from the Netherlands. The nearest airport to Albir is Alicante. On the Spanish Costa Blanca, the beaches on the coast turn into beautiful natural areas with a particularly rich flora and fauna. The most famous seaside resort of the Costa Blanca is undoubtedly Benidorm. The 'White Coast' is formed by the coastal area of the province of Alicante and extends from Oliva to Cabo Roig. The Costa Blanca has an extensive coastline with miles of beaches, interspersed with steep rocks rising from the sea. Behind this are beautiful nature reserves with wooded mountains, gorges and fertile valleys with many palm trees. You can go in all directions from the Costa Blanca. The region has beautiful historic cities such as Alicante and Murcia, and lively seaside resorts such as Benidorm and Calpe. Inland you will find picturesque villages, such as the village of Guadalest. Do you want to discover the beautiful nature? Then visit one of the many natural areas of the Costa Blanca, such as the waterfalls and water sources of Algar. Or walk through the Penon de Ifach National Park at the seaside resort of Calpe, with its imposing cliff, approximately 332 m high. Are you ready for active excursions? Then take a jeep safari or visit the Terra Mitica theme park or Aqualandia water park. For relaxation you can of course also take a boat trip along the coast and enjoy the surroundings. Benidorm You should definitely visit the bustling seaside resort of Benidorm! Here you can sunbathe on the beach, taste the Spanish atmosphere in the old town and explore the nightlife with cozy restaurants and trendy discos. Valencia Valencia is a historic and at the same time trendy city north of the Costa Blanca. The beautiful city is located on the coast and has an ancient history with impressive churches, as well as a modern district with futuristic buildings and museums. A riverbed runs through the middle of the city with a series of attractive parks. Natural areas The Costa Blanca has many natural areas. For example, there is Cap de San Antoni, near the seaside resort of Denia. This nature reserve consists of a series of high cliffs and a beautiful fauna. The coast at the cape forms a maritime nature park with crystal clear waters and many species of fish and aquatic plants. You can drive to this park and from there you can explore the area on foot. Even more beautiful nature can be found in the beautiful nature reserve outside Benidorm. The waterfalls and water sources of Algar (see photo) are about 20 km from Benidorm. In a wooded, rural area you will see waterfalls, springs and lakes. It is wonderful to enjoy the coolness under the trees and the refreshing water here. Guadalest The atmospheric mountain village of Guadalest, approximately 12 km outside Benidorm, is located high on the rocks in a beautiful valley with a reservoir. The village has narrow streets and quaint shops, and a Moorish castle on top of a high rocky outcrop. From this castle in the village you have a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. Also the Castle of L'Alcazaiba or San José from the 11th century and the Baroque Catholic are worth a visit! Calpe The Penon de Ifach National Park is centrally located in the attractive seaside resort of Calpe on a headland. The park consists of an approximately 332 m high rock that extends up to one kilometer into the sea. This makes the rock the highest cliff rock in the Mediterranean! A hiking trail leads through the natural park to the rock. You can also take an organized walking tour here where a guide will tell you about the unique flora and fauna in the area.
