Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 15 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 15 days (inclusive) to 7 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), he will still be liable for the full rental price.
