Welcome to Villa Orquidea, our luxurious and stylish spacious 3 bedroom villa (6 p) with spacious private pool, within walking distance of the city center of Denia, port and beaches (all within 2 km) in a quiet area. 3 bathrooms incl. toilets. Downstairs there is an attractive and cozy living room with spacious sofa, dining area and workplace.

The fully equipped American open kitchen contains an induction hob, oven, double fridge with ice maker, blender, coffee maker (nespresso), dishwasher and other cooking utensils.  There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. All rooms are air-conditioned. 

Also on the ground floor are a spacious master bedroom with patio door leading out to the pool area, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a second very spacious bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are large walk-in closets and two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes on the landing. The master bedroom gives access to the spacious roof terrace with an amazing view of the city, the harbor and the sea. In the villa there are 2 TVs with chromecast.

The villa is located in a beautiful private garden (lots of privacy) with a spacious swimming pool, several terraces (partly covered) and a beautiful view of the city, harbor, sea and the beautiful Montgo mountain.   There is an outdoor shower, a lovely lounge area, bbq, umbrellas and lounge beds. There is a private parking space with automatic door on the property. Outside the gate you can also park (for free).

Denia is a very nice and bustling fishing town with many Spanish residents, beautiful beaches, lots of lovely terraces and fine restaurants. The more touristy Javea and Moraira are nearby! In addition to various water sports, you can also enjoy walking on Las Rotas or on the Montgo.
