Our wonderful apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the Jardines del Mar complex and is accessible by a lift. On the 1st floor you will find a cozy living room with Dutch television, WiFi, air conditioning and underfloor heating. A fully equipped open kitchen, a toilet and a covered balcony with a lovely view over Javea, the Jardines del Mar and the swimming pool, which you can of course use.
The upper floor is accessible via a staircase.
Here you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with box spring beds, air conditioning and sun canopies, 2 bathrooms with bath / shower and toilet and 2 roof terraces with on one side a beautiful view over Javea and the sea and the other overlooking the characteristic mountain Montgo.
The versatility of Javea makes this a dream place like no other;
-the old Javea with its typical Spanish character, the narrow streets, the covered market, shops, restaurants and the weekly market on Thursday.
-the harbor area with the marina, the fish market, shops, cozy terraces and the pebble beach.
-and of course the Arenal beach with its lively boulevard with trendy restaurants, clubs, bars and nice shops.
Apartment Del Viento is very centrally located between the old Javea and the harbor (both within walking distance), also the Arenal beach can be reached, but with heavy beach bags a car on hot days is not a luxury.
Javea is easy to fly via Alicante or Valencia. A rental car is recommended, Del Viento is about 100 km from both airports.
