Lovely apartment with beautiful views. Had very nice contact with the owners. If there is something wrong, it is picked up immediately and that is very nice. Lovely swimming pool at the apartment that you can use. By car you can get everywhere very quickly so the location is perfect.

Nice apartment, spacious and fully equipped. The location is great, you can walk to the harbor, with beach or boulevard and to the old town. The pool and garden it is in are beautiful. On arrival there seemed to be some problems with the air conditioning and wifi. Both quickly solved with the help of the landlord. Recommended!

clean laundry. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the shops, restaurants and bars, the harbour and the beach. The contacts both with the owners and the real estate agent who took care of the keys on site were excellent.

Really enjoyed a wonderful week of this beautiful apartment in Javea! The week was too short to see and/or visit all the nice things that were recommended.
We didn't sit inside for a moment. We always sat on the lovely balcony, where we sat in the shade with a beautiful view or sunbathed on the roof terrace.
Furthermore, all delicious (not expensive) eateries are within walking distance. Just like several supermarkets.
In short, highly recommended!

We have been on holiday in this apartment for the first time as a family. The arrival is already very promising, it looks neat and attractive and when you come to the top (with the elevator) you immediately see that this clean apartment is going to give a great time. The surroundings are beautiful, the swimming pool downstairs at the complex is great for the children and when we came back to the apartment at the end of the afternoon from 1 of the lovely beaches, we sat / lay down with a snack and drink on 1 of the 2 balconies or the spacious roof terrace. The area is quiet and if you are looking for entertainment you can look for it close by. We definitely want to go back again! And the kids didn't even want to go home. In short, we had a great week!
