Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 2 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 70%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent.
