The cozy house is 140 m2 and recently the 2 bathrooms and kitchen have been completely renewed. The house is on one level and is well exposed to the sun. The house is located near the coast near Javea and Moraira with lovely constant temperatures and a sea breeze in the summer. From morning to sunset you have sun on the veranda and on the terraces.
The house (with good and fast WIFI) also has 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We also have an outdoor shower (note 2 bathrooms and an outdoor toilet and an outdoor shower).
The house has a lovely veranda with an unobstructed view of the Ifach rock. The porch is the central point of the house both in summer and winter. You sit on the veranda right next to the pool where there are plenty of sun loungers. In and around the house there are also many cozy places to sit.
The kitchen is fully equipped. In the kitchen there is a gas stove / oven, microwave, dishwasher and filtered water (so no lugging the water bottles). A Nespresso machine is available for delicious coffee, but there is also a Senseo or a regular coffee maker. The spacious fridge has a freezer, there is a milk frother and there is a grill plate to prepare delicious prawns. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate room at the back of the house.
The garden is fenced and around the house there is grass. On the terrace is a Weber gas BBQ. Next to the (just completely renovated) private swimming pool there is enough space for the sun beds. In the chalet there are a few beach chairs and some toys (beach balls, shovel, bucket, landing net). There are 2 cots available. For the safety of children who do not yet have a swimming certificate, there are children's gates to close off the veranda and the swimming pool (double gate). You can park your car on site in front of the door. You will then reach the house via the stairs.
There are also two golf sets that may be used. Nearby are several 18-hole courses and some 9-hole courses. There are always attractive offers for various jobs in the area.
The ping pong table in the garden is also always a lot of fun. There are also various fun games in the house.
Nearby you can go hiking, tennis and diving. Very nice is an excursion on jet skis to Cap de la Nau in Javea (highly recommended) You can also rent pedal boats on the beach in Moraira. For the daredevils, you can parasail behind a boat.
Both Benissa and Moraira are nice authentic Spanish villages. For a day trip, cycling in Valencia is really fun. The towns of Javea and Altea and Gata (nice shops that sell reed products) are worth a visit. A walk to the top of the Ifach rock is also recommended. There are several hiking trails in the area, one of which is along the coast from Calpe to Moraira.
The cleaning costs of € 115 include bath towels, towels, bed linen and tea towels.
The house is in the warm air flow from Morocco in the winter months. As a result, this area has wonderful temperatures in winter. This area is known as the healthiest living environment in Europe.
The house is easy to heat and each room has its own heating/radiator. The living room has a high-efficiency fireplace.
The deposit is € 250 and the energy costs are deducted from the deposit in the summer after a threshold.
