The recently completely renovated apartment Aura is a very spacious apartment of 160 m2. The bright, cozy living room is directly adjacent to the covered south-facing terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own terrace and its own bathroom (one of which is ensuite). In addition, there is a very modern, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and pantry.
The complex with private pool, garden and covered parking is a 50-meter walk from the Playa del Arenal (beach, sea and boulevard with numerous restaurants). The property is air-conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with chromecast and free WIFI.De nearest airports are Alicante-Elche Airport (101 km) and Valencia Airport (123 km).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 2 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 70%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
