Casa La Morada

Tastefully decorated hacienda style detached villa with a large 3000m garden with lawn, fruit trees, and lots of flowers, plants and trees. Large swimming pool (10 x 5 m) on the side of the house (more tranquility) in the garden and a large terrace (Naya). Lots of privacy. The long Naya has a long dining table and a lounge outdoor sofa set.

The house is entirely on one level. Very fully furnished, all (kitchen) equipment is present. Also a washing and drying machine in a separate room.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a large living room. Flat screen TV with satellite reception. Free WIFI. Central heating and full air conditioning in all rooms. There is a tree house for the children.
There is a fence around the entire garden. You will receive a remote control for the entrance gate. There is plenty of parking space inside the gate.
Even in the high season you will find all the peace and quiet you could wish for in the garden.

The swimming pool
The swimming pool has been completely renovated. Retiled and now equipped with an underwater staircase and long bench. The bottom slopes from 1.50 to 2.20. A new pump automatically provides water purification and refreshment. There are sun loungers by the pool.
Upon request, we will set up the safety fence around the swimming pool for you and your children.
Our pool man comes at least once a week for inspection and cleaning. And provides crystal clear water!

Our house manager
She will assist you with check-in upon arrival. And ensures that bed linen and towels are ready. She and will show around. He is also available for questions or assistance during your stay.

Welcome letter
You will receive a welcome letter from us approximately 2 weeks before your stay.
With information about the checkin and other useful information.

The neighbourhood
Our house is located against the Montgo mountain. It provides a lot of shelter and creates a great climate.
Both Spaniards and foreigners live in the neighborhood and it feels friendly. Many residents go for a walk and a chat every day.

An idyllic place to get away from it all. We had such a fantastic time relaxing at the house and around the pool area and garden that we hardly went out! The tranquility of the area and the beautiful garden make this spacious property an excellent place to get away from it all. Very easy and efficient communication with Joana who welcomed us upon arrival. A car is needed for the short drive into town and beach or the many nearby supermarkets. Rustic style villa highly recommended Very complete, very beautiful villa with very spacious rooms, comfortable and isolated from each other, all with air conditioning. Perfectly furnished with good quality materials and with all the necessary tools for a very comfortable stay.
